Award one - worst title for a film haha
As lame as it sounds this is the film that made me decide I wanted to be a marine biologist. I’m quite proud of myself that I have followed a dream I invented when I was like 6! Anyways, this is probably in my top 3 favourite films a nice easy watch for the midnight hours! Such a heartwarming, feel good film. Good work Warner Bros.
The first and possibly only new film I will watch on my marathon tonight. What I don’t get about this film is the weird frame lap overs and bizarre scene fades, is it really necessary? And lets be fair the plot is pretty predictable (yes i know thats stating the obvious). And what’s with the hulk dogs? Odd.
Conclusion - I dont need to watch this film again.
Not a film but I wanted to watch some. I’m on the second to last disc of season 5 so I’m nearly at the end and boy am I excited to see how it ends. Although after the DVD’s I have the comics to catch up on, plus all the buffy ones I’m behind with. Really I need to stop being such a geek!
Hugh Jackman is pretty bad asssss, I love him haha. I like the way the film shows a bit more in to mutant history, some of them are awesome. Gambit is my personal favourite in the film, plus he is damn fine to look at! In X-men in general angel (or arch angel as you wish) is by far my favourite and was in the comics too. Such a good charater.
The more I watch this film the more I love it! Its been a favourite of mine since I was a kid. And watching it today I noticed alot of the backing dancers are actually hillarious and make the film even better.
July really hasn’t let me down. I have had 3 of the best weekends anyone could ask for!
And considering how absolutley shit things were this time last year the last 3 weeks have made up for that sooo much!
I also like that fact that nearly everyone posting statuses atm have had something good to say. I love it when things are positive and I love it when things start to come together!
What can I say I’m pretty damn happy right now and bring on the rest of summer 2010 :)
Oh such a good time
Shoes all in a line
Everybody sing along
Oh such a good time
White socks slipping down
Stilettos are a no no
Bouncy Bouncy oh
Bouncy Bouncy oh
Everytime I bounce I feel I could touch the skyeeeeeeee
So a few years back I went through a time travel phase in my writing, and was quite interested in the theories and hypothetical science behind it. I didn’t take any notes, however, so the following blog will just be interesting time travel rants off the top of my head, and I’ll give a shot at…
After being told we were going to tesco then going back to park farm I expected a night out on the tiles with Ruby, Jess, Nat and Lavinia. How wrong I was!
After trying to tell Ruby we were going the wrong way home and ending up on the A1 miles away from I realised I was well and truly in for a night of surprises. After hours of driving, several toilet break pitstops and being blindfolded for what felt like forever I was removed from the car and taken up a big hill. Lavinia finally took off my blindfold and there i was in the middle of a camp site with Cara, Lora, Tammy, Ciar and Harriet shouting SUPRISE at me. I still can’t believe how much trouble everyone went through and how they all managed to keep it a secret for months! Might I point out that at this point I still didn’t know where in England I was at all.
Quick dress change (life without straighteners is horrible!) few drinks and pop of the champagne and toasts to..well ME. We headed into town and I was blindfolded again seems as I still did not know where in the hell I was. In the main city centre I had my blindfold removed on the most famous landmark, the pier and I i realised we were in BRIGHTON BABY!
11PM meant kareoke time! Not only had they organised the whole tripe they also arranged an hour in a Kareoke place where you rent out a room and choose which ever songs you want! So after alot of lady gaga, beyonce and spice girls our hour was up. However the guys working there seemed to like us and offered us the rest of the night for free!! So we stayed and extra hour and a half, and then wanted to move on to a pub or club. Unfortunatly at this point it was pretty late so most places stopped letting people in. After treking round for a bit went into this club, danced a bit, then sat on the beach and enjoyed the night time sea.
Starving, cold and hungry and it was definatly home time. And my shoe felt this would be a convient time to break FML. Taxi back to the camp site and sleep time just as the sun was rising.
We all woke up at a resonable time considering how drunk we all were and after packing up the tent we headed into town for breakfast and a walk along the sea front and the pier which was super nice. Then it was time to leave sunny Brighton and back home.
All in all I had the BEST birthday weekend anyone can ask for and its not even technically been my birthday yet! I have the most amazing friends anyone could ask for and I love them all with all my heart. I do not know where I would be without them! Even if I do hate them a little for making me not know what the hell is going onand pretty much making me speechless.
I think I have already said thank you so may times. But once again thanks guys
for this weekend.
Well technically every day until Tuesday is going to be awesome!
Out with my girls tomorrow. Then possibly ferry meadows on Sunday, hopefully it will be nice and sunny. Then dinner with the parents on Monday. Finally out with the St. Neotsions on Tuesday which needless to say im worried about because i have no clue what we are doing or where we are going.
